Pack Your Items
Place the unworn, unwashed apparel and accessories back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and literary charms are still attached.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of initiating the request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our curation team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement crate items within 5-7 business days.
